Summer Nights Here We Come

So the April chill is finally leaving us. The week after Easter we had snow. After that it was cold and rainy. Yesterday was awesome. We had a great day outside playing freeze tag with the kids, playing on the swing set and just hanging out. Come night time, Aubrey pointed out that "someone had switched on the moon". Too cute as we walked over to the Burgess fun factory to hang out on the deck.

I bought all three girls a baseball glove and ball so we can start playing catch. All three of them think it's a blast. And even though I refused to buy them pink gloves, I think it will be fun for them. Not EVERYTHING has to be pink. It's not a mancho thing. It's a stereotype thing. Why would girls want a pink ball glove anymore than they'd want a pink briefcase?

I've been travelling way too much lately. Looking forward to our May vacation to North Carolina to see Melissa and Doug. Hopefully the sharks won't eat us. The girls are very concerned about that.
