The Old Switcheroo

This morning Lisa and I were enjoying the morning sunshine and some deep conversation when we were interupted by Sydney's plea that it was unfair that Aubrey was going to go to Laney's house without her. Tears o' plenty. So we told her that we could take her to the pool while Aubrey played at Laney's house. Johnson and Johnson no more tears. Then Sydney had a great idea. "Dad, after we go to the pool, can we have a switcheroo?" We had never had one before, nor had I ever suggested that concept to Syd, but it made complete sense. Funny how kids come up with their own ideas without any adult supervision.
