Blogfest 2010

Thanks to all my blog fans for pushing me to get back on the road and jam out some posts. Mainly my sister demanding that I get the band back together and provide entertaining loewen girl isms. I am well overdue.

In the past 6 months, I started working at VML on the Gatorade account, we had an amazing summer family trip to California, the girls started piano lessons, played with my i-pad too much, thought a lot about getting into shape, only played one round of golf and chased the might Bubby around the house.

She...is a force.

Today is her half-birthday. But she's definitely not a half pint. Two year molars and a fierce appetite, she rules the roost for sure. She loves to walk outside, climb up and down the stairs, turn on electronics, play ball, dance...dance...dance, sing songs and say her nickname...Bubby.

Hope everyone had a great summer and is planning some cool trips and activities for the fall. My Jayhawks aren't giving anyone anything to write home about. Although they did win today to improve to 2 and 2. My redbirds are just about fried. And the Chiefs are surprising everyone. Let's see if they can take care of San Fran tomorrow.

For all my friends who have been just as busy as us, we miss you. Let's get together for a beer sometime soon. My only solution to slow down time is to start talking really, really, slow. I'll let you know how that works out.
