Happy Easter 2008
The Easter Bunny. Who comes up with this stuff anyway? Things that make bunny helpers get up at the crack of dawn to help the boss bunny give Easter baskets with candy, eggs and plastic green grass to all the Christian children of the world.

But in an eggshell, the Easter Bunny or "Easter Rabbit" was a mythological creature born out of Pagan traditions of celebrating the vernal equinox (first day of Spring). a time of great fertility. So naturally rabbits and eggs seemed like good symbols and later on, Christians decided that eggs and candy would also work well to honor the coming of Spring and rebirth or resurrection of Christ. I had no idea. We should probably let our kids in on the tradition as right now, they think the Easter Bunny, Santa and the Tooth Fairy are hanging out together planning the next big gift exchange.
It all comes back to the candy people. Halloween. Costumes and Candy. Easter. Easter suits and Candy. Christmas. Toys and Candy. Hmmmm...

I AM GETTING MY LICENSE NEXT WEEK!!! WOOHOO!!!! I have taken my classes and 2 out of 3 of my driving lessons!! ONE MORE LESSON THIS WEEK AND THEN MY LICENSE NEXT WEEK!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!
